Booking and Payment Terms** To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee is part of the total cost of services agreed upon during your consultation. Final payments must be made prior to event setup as outlined in your contract agreement. Failure to meet payment terms may result in the termination of service delivery. **3. Cancellations and Modifications** Clients may request modifications or cancellations up to a certain period before the event date, as specified in their service agreement. Changes are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply for significant adjustments. We require that all cancellations or alterations be communicated promptly in writing via email. **4. Liability Clause** Karydy Events will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the delay or failure to perform under any contract due to causes beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies. Ensuring the safety of our decor installations is paramount; however, we expect clients to provide a safe environment for our team’s work. **5. Use of Website Content** All content on this website, including images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary names are owned by Karydy Events or their respective copyright holders and are protected under intellectual property laws.
